This version is tuned for the RGpad02 digital profile: B0–B11 for the main buttons, Axis 0/1 for the left stick, Axis 2/5 for the right stick, and Axis 9 for the D-pad. Other controllers can report different mappings.

Why is my controller still waiting to connect?
After connecting the controller, press a controller button or move a stick while this page is active. Some browsers don't expose a connected gamepad until the user interacts with it.
Why doesn't the D-pad respond correctly?
Confirm that the RGpad02 is in digital mode before testing. This tester reads the D-pad from Axis 9 using the supplied RGpad02 digital-mode mapping.
Does the controller tester upload my input data?
No. This component reads controller input locally through the browser Gamepad API and doesn't send button or axis input anywhere.
